Using this site

Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use and share the American Republic Clock, and what uses require permission.

Effective September 14, 2026Publisher: ARKLYTE, LLC

1. Agreement and purpose

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. This is an educational research project. Its scores, clock times, labels, and explanations include editorial judgment. They are not legal advice, voting advice, predictions, or official government findings.

Do not use one of its scores as the only basis for an important legal, financial, public-safety, voting, or other decision.

2. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise identified, the American Republic Clock’s original writing, scoring explanations, selection and arrangement of material, visualizations, branding, interface elements, and software are owned by ARKLYTE, LLC or used with permission. © 2026 ARKLYTE, LLC. All rights reserved.

You may view the site, link to its pages, quote limited portions for commentary or education with clear attribution, and share screenshots that retain the branding and identify the source URL. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law independently grants, including fair use.

Without written permission, you may not reproduce or republish substantial portions of the project; present its material, scores, visualizations, or methodology as your own; remove ownership notices; sell substantially copied content; impersonate the project or Arklyte; or use automated extraction to build a substitutive dataset or competing publication. Ordinary search-engine indexing and accessibility tools are permitted.

Third-party materials

Source documents and third-party publications remain the property of their respective owners. Links and summaries do not transfer rights in those materials and do not imply endorsement.

3. Responsible use and challenges

You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the site unlawfully. The challenge interface submits content for private editorial review. You retain any copyright you hold in an original submission and grant ARKLYTE, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, analyze, quote, adapt, and publish that submission as reasonably necessary to review the challenge, explain an editorial decision, or document a correction. You represent that you have the right to submit the material, that it is not confidential, and that it does not unlawfully disclose another person’s information. Submission does not guarantee a response, score change, attribution, or publication.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARKLYTE, LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We correct identified errors but do not promise that every source, interpretation, link, or service will remain complete or available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARKLYTE, LLC and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the site. Applicable law may limit these exclusions.

Changes and enforcement

We may revise these terms, protect the service, or restrict abusive access. Material changes will receive a new effective date. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.

4. Questions and permissions

For permissions, licensing, or legal questions, contact ARKLYTE, LLC through Arklyte.io. These terms should receive attorney review before payments, accounts, user submissions, or commercial data licensing are activated.
